This year marks a very special milestone for us at Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer as we celebrate ten years in business. To mark the occasion, we recently hosted a special anniversary gathering at our office on Main Street, Carrigaline, bringing together family, friends, neighbours, clients and members of the wider community who have supported us since we first opened our doors in 2016.

Over the past decade, we have been proud to build a strong reputation across County Cork for our local knowledge, professional guidance and personal approach to property services. Celebrating this milestone gave us the opportunity to reflect on our journey and thank the many people who have been part of it.

Our Story

Our business was founded by Michael Pigott, who previously gained more than ten years’ experience with one of Ireland’s leading estate agencies. With that experience and a deep understanding of the local property market, we set out to provide a property service that is professional, transparent and focused on the needs of our clients.

Today, we offer a comprehensive range of services across Cork, including:

• Property valuations for probate, lending and property transfer

What began as a single office operation has grown into a dedicated team of licensed professionals with expertise across sales, lettings, property management and valuations.

Alongside our professional work, we are proud to play an active role in supporting local sport and community initiatives.

We are the main sponsor of Tracton Camogie Club and have also supported a wide range of local clubs and charity events across Carrigaline, Crosshaven, Ballygarvan, Tracton, Riverstick, Belgooly, Passage West and Douglas.

Community involvement is also important to us personally. Michael is an active member of the Carrigaline Lions Club, while Maeve Pigott plays a key role as PRO with Tracton Athletic Club and serves as a committee member for the well-known Annual Tracton 4 Mile Road Race.
