• Carry out a market appraisal and provide you with a valuation letter
• Advise on the presentation of your property and the best way to maximise rent
• Prepare full property details with photos and floor plans
• Full marketing on a range of national websites: MyHome.ie, daft.ie and michaelpigott.ie
• We conduct all viewings with prospective tenants
• Full referencing on potential tenants – employers, previous landlord, bank statements, photo I.D, PPS number.
• Preparation and execution of Tenancy Agreement/Lease.
• Transfer utilities into tenant's name, meter readings and finalising utility accounts.
• Set up the standing order for payment of rent into landlord's account
• Complete the Registration Form for the PRTB – Registration Fee €90
• Organise a BER Certificate (where necessary), required by a Landlord from 1st January 2009
