Michael has 10 years' experience working with one of Ireland’s largest estate agency firms, Sherry Fitzgerald, and after 2 years working as a junior negotiator, he was promoted to branch manager for the Midleton&Carrigaline franchises.
Michael is very well known, in Carrigaline and beyond, as a hardworking, enthusiastic auctioneer with a proven ability to achieve the best for his clients. He is committed to providing a professional and dedicated service that encompasses strong local knowledge, excellent attention to detail and good rapport.
Michael Pigott is fully licenced with the Property Services Regulatory Authority and holds a BSc Hons Degree in Property Management & Valuation. He is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers &Valuer (IPAV) and is also a Recognised European Valuer, being a TEGoVA member.
Victoria Skehill joined Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer in November 2017. Since then she has completed the Higher Certificate in Real Estate Sale, Property Management and Valuation in TU Dublin where she achieved a first class honour. Victoria also has a master’s degree in Modern and Contemporary Art History and a Joint Bachelor’s Degree from University College Cork.
Victoria is fully licenced with the Property Services Regulatory Authority holding categories A,B,C and D, and is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers &Valuer (IPAV).
Victoria’s present role is the Office Manager which involves daily administrative duties but also she also works on Sales, Valuations, Lettings, Property Management and Social Media and Marketing.
Victoria prides herself on her customer service, client relations, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
Antoinette has worked in the area of property since 2008, she initially started her career in Property working with a construction company, then proceeded to lettings and property management, and also worked in Block Management. She holds a qualification in Facility Management along with having a C and D Property licence.
She joined Michael Pigott in June 2021 working in the lettings and property management department. She aims to grow the rental & property management department into a huge success and will look forward to welcoming you and giving you the best professional advice on all matters of letting & property management. She is a hard worker and has a great sense of humour, her passion, commitment and honesty is evident with everyone she meets and works with.
Muriel joined Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer in 2020. Delighted to become part of a very vibrant, busy and fast growing agency, Muriel has been as an Estate Agent who qualified in 2001 with a Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency Management. She has a wealth of experience in both residential sales and lettings & property management and is fully licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority. She prides herself in wanting to offer not just a professional service to her clients but one whose main emphasis is taking the stress out of the sales and lettings process and giving her clients a joyous memorable experience.
